Unit Features...
 | 4.5 cubic metre/(yards) nominal capacity fixed feed hopper, 3M
(10'0") long vibrating grizzly feeder with 1M (40") long grizzly
section with fixed aperture, 50mm (2") max at discharge end, with
hydraulic variable speed motor with twin contra rotating adjustable shafts
and fines transfer chute.
| 900mm (36") x 600mm (24") PRI Hammerhead single toggle
heavy-duty jaw crusher with permanent hydraulic cylinder adjustment on the
run. No special tools required.
| 800mm (32") wide on plant forward product conveyor with twin
hydraulic motor drive hot vulcanised belt joint and discharging at a height
of 3.4M (11'2") to top of head pulley.
| Hydraulic raising/lowering facility on forward conveyor tail section to
facilitate lowering for greater clearance under crusher when operating on
difficult demolition material, and to raise into transport position to
protect the belt.
| CAT 3126B 188bhp nominal at 1800 rpm, fitted with the PRI world beating
MPT system to allow mechanical power to the crusher via HPTO 10-Hydraulic
clutch for hard rock applications and to power the hydraulic Kawasaki pumps
to supply power to the plant motors only in process, or power the track
motors only for transport.
| Unit access ladders and side operating and maintenance platform with hand
railing on one side and overhead operating platform with hand railing.
| Control panel fitted on operator platform with push buttons for plant
operation, and emergency stop push button.
| Remote operation of travel control via portable handset, wander lead for
override to facilitate difficult situations.
| Dust suppression water mist (with filtered nozzles for cleaning in
industrial plastic lines to prevent corrosion and subsequent blockage) to
two application points with single connector. Customer to arrange clean
water supply, pump, surge tank and pipe work to plant.
| Permanent over-band magnet for metal/product separation.
| Side fines discharge conveyor with hydraulic folding. |
