RHEWUM TWO DECK INCLINED 2.25m x 1.35m SCREEN Two deck inclined carbon steel screen particularly suited to the screening of fine particles. Rhewun manufacture high quality screens that have a direct high speed excitation of the screen cloth by means of transversally mounted cam actuated rockers, meaning that the outside of the screen remains stationary, only the screen decks vibrate. The screen is suspended, and the angle of the screen dictates the velocity of the material moving over it is easily adjustable by altering this angle. There is no "ripple" effect imparted by the high frequency action of the rocker bars, only a vertical action, which allows greater loosening of the material and throws the larger particles over the finer ones to increase the efficiency of the screen.
