POWERSCREEN CHIEFTAIN 1400 This is an extremely well maintained 2003 manufactured machine with only 5000 hours recorded. The machine is a standard specification with Deutz engine, and is fitted with a "live head" which currently has a 50mm mesh fitted, the Hopper has a variable speed feeder belt, the screen is a 5ft x 11ft two deck four bearing unit (the meshes are currently 25mm top and 8mm bottom) and the pitch of the screen is hydraulically variable. There is an "Umbilical" remote control of the tracking functions, and a radio remote control of the tipping grid functions. The machine features all hydraulic folding conveyors, with chevron side belts and a new flat forward fines belt. All walkways and ladders are in very good order, and the machine is available for sale in the UK and any inspection and demonstration is welcome.
