HALCO SPD 43-22 BLAST HOLE DRILL RIG This machine is a 1988 machine in very good order having been largely unused in recent years due to it being a "stand by rig". The machine is complete with six x 4m drill rod carousel and seven drill rods giving a total drilling depth of up to 28m utilising the machines automated feature, although holes of 100m + have been drilled with this machine. Drilling rates using 100mm / 125mm drill bits in medium conditions (medium strength limestone) is around 1m per minute. The Rig has a Cummins diesel engine and a 680cfm integral compressor, and the machine operates at 220psi. An integral dust collection unit is fitted to the machine. The cab is clean and tidy and has a functioning air conditioning unit for operator comfort and tinted class for glare reduction. Tracks are in good order, with the machine having operated largely on limestone applications. Hours shown on the service meter are 6300. This machine can be inspected and demonstrated in the UK.
